Vincent Castellano is a lifelong Hampton Roads resident and the founding attorney of Castellano Law Firm PLLC. He dedicates his career to providing strong advocacy in the areas of criminal defense and traffic law. From a young age, Vincent knew he wanted to be an attorney, and he finds immense joy in helping people across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and the greater Hampton Roads area navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

As a solo attorney, Vincent works directly with every client, providing personalized attention and straightforward guidance from start to finish. He understands that facing criminal or traffic charges can be stressful, and he takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to ensure clients are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the process.

Vincent is a member of the Virginia State Bar and deeply involved in the local courts. He previously served as a public defender in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, defending clients against a wide range of felony and misdemeanor charges. This experience gave him extensive courtroom exposure and a comprehensive understanding of the legal system. Notably, Vincent won his first jury trial—a testament to his preparation and ability to connect with jurors. During his time at LightGrid LLC, Vincent negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts to support the United States Armed Forces with state-of-the-art technological solutions.

Vincent was awarded the Dean’s Academic Merit Scholarship and earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach. He also holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English from James Madison University, where he graduated cum laude. In addition, he completed the Contract Formation and Administration Certificate Series through George Mason University.

With a background that blends courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, and education, Vincent brings a thoughtful and client-centered perspective to every case. He is committed to protecting his clients’ rights and working toward the best possible outcomes. Outside of his legal practice, Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife and playing outdoors with his two sons.
